You will be lodging offsite from Charis Canyon at The Cowboy Motel (see motel details further below). The motel is located in Camp Wood, about 18 minutes from Charis Canyon.

You’ll pay a registration fee of $155 here, which is your conference fee and includes all of your meals at Charis Canyon for the weekend.

You will also be responsible to book and pay for your own motel room at The Cowboy Motel for the two nights for this event. Room prices are from $140 per night (please visit their website using the link below for the most current pricing).

If you wish to share a room with another attendee (that is not already registered) and split the cost, you may coordinate that directly with that individual. Please note that that individual must still register online and pay their registration fee while overflow registration is still open.
