IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please note that submitting this form does not, in any way, guarantee or promise that you will be able to serve at the camps (or in the positions) that you express interest in below. 
  
  
• Please do not go sign up/register for any summer camp on the GMI website, until you have been contacted by the appropriate Camp Director instructing you to do so (you will be contacted by email by Lindsey Hlavinka for Impact camps, or Matt Sweeney for Momentum camps).
